Connie Berg is Assistant General Counsel at Michigan State University, where she practices in the areas of Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer, and Licensing. Prior to joining MSU, Connie was in private practice at Warner Norcross & Judd, LLP in Grand Rapids, MI. She also spent several years in-house directing and coordinating large global patent portfolios, due diligence activities for acquisition projects, and technology licensing efforts. Connie received her B.S. degree from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
