Lynn is an Associate General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel and also serves as the University's Health Information Privacy Officer. She practices primarily health and transactional law and serves as the primary contact for the Colleges of Human Medicine, Nursing, and Osteopathic Medicine as well as the MSU HealthTeam. Lynn also supports the Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies by advising MSU's Human Subject Research Protection Program, Office of Export Control and Trade Sanctions and Office of Sponsored Programs. In addition, Lynn works with Human Resources on benefit matters. Lynn earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Assistant | |
